Heidi Elder

Owner & Chief Financial Impact Officer

Heidi serves as co-owner and chief financial officer of Collide Media Group. Heidi began her professional career after graduating from Ferris State University with a degree in Business Administration. She first served supervising a church outreach team at Zondervan in 1989.

A few years later she embarked on the wild ride of motherhood, serving as a home educator to her two children John Michael and Emma. Heidi and Bob launched their first marketing agency “E3 Strategic Solutions” in 2003.

In 2008 Heidi ventured back into her role as an industry professional by serving as the assistant to director and financial bookkeeper at Deer Run, a large non-profit ministry near Franklin, Tennessee. Deer Run Retreat ministers to Christian youth through outdoor experience and exploration. She and her husband continue as a marriage retreat speakers and hosts at Deer Run marriage retreats, while also hosting low rope courses utilized for redemptive couples therapy.
